PSALM 119: Psalm 119 is called an acrostic poem. The stanzas begin with successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet and the verses of each stanza begin with the same letter of the Hebrew alphabet. It gives a fascinating window into the beliefs of David, and how he felt about his God.
